During and in the wake of disasters, information is decentralized and quickly becomes stale. In the aftermath of the Los Angeles fires of 2025, volunteer efforts were coordinated using Google sheets, emails, flyers, Instagram and news articles. There is no centralized place to see all relevant operations and needs at once. Whether you are a victim, volunteer, or aid organization, relevant information is scattered through various mediums and is not efficiently disseminated or accessible.
